I converted date column to Date type and made sure the date column in the oil data is of Date type. I checked and cleaned the data to make sure the dates are correctly formatted and handle any missing values, and removed rows with missing values.

Identify US Economic Recession Periods: I need a dataset that indicates periods of US economic depression. I obtained this data from the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). For simplicity, I’ll create a sample dataset representing economic depression periods.
